Overview

A guided research studio built for decisions rather than long essays: it clarifies the question first, plans the evidence, collects sources and writes a report that keeps evidence, uncertainty and conclusions side by side.

The problem

General-purpose deep-research agents return long reports where it is hard to see which claims are backed by which source, what is still uncertain, and how the conclusion was reached — so the output is difficult to trust for a real decision.

Approach & key decisions

  1. Five visible milestones — decision question, scope, evidence plan, evidence collection, synthesis — so the user always knows where the run is and why.
  2. Clarifying questions are generated before any research starts, so the brief matches the decision the user actually has to make.
  3. Optional local knowledge base: users add their own files, web pages or saved notes as trusted context next to web sources.
  4. Reports keep evidence, uncertainty and conclusions in view, backed by a published methodology and source-trust policy.
  5. Privacy by design: no prompts, reports, credentials or API responses are cached; installable as a PWA.
