Overview
A grounded-generation product: Tử Vi and Four Pillars charts are computed algorithmically from the birth date and time, and the language model is only allowed to interpret those computed facts — naming the palace and stars behind each claim.
The problem
Typical AI astrology apps let the model improvise, producing confident text with no traceable basis and inconsistent answers to the same input.
Approach & key decisions
- Facts first: lunar-calendar conversion, hour branches and star placement are deterministic algorithms, with versioned schools (Vietnamese common v2, Trung Châu v1).
- The LLM interprets only the computed chart; each statement cites its palace and stars, and the model says so when evidence is insufficient instead of guessing.
- Overview reading across eight topics, then focused follow-up questions on the same chart.
- Privacy rules: the user’s name is never sent to the AI or shown on share links, and birth data is not added to the knowledge base.
